Meet Dr. Emre — A Life Dedicated to Fertility
Meet the fertility specialist who works miracles. With a dedicated passion for fertility since 2001, Dr. Emre has become a source of hope for countless families around the world. From 2010 to 2012, he brought his expertise to the world-renowned Spanish IVF center, IVI. When IVI left Turkey in 2012, Dr. Emre chose to continue his mission at the private Tüp Bebek center, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to patient well-being.
His expertise has reached far beyond borders, with studies published in international journals and presentations acclaimed at prestigious conferences. Today, Dr. Emre is part of our OUMNIA team, continuing to be a prominent figure by combining experience, compassion, and innovation to make parenthood dreams come true.
Personal Experiences
Born in Ankara. Completed primary and secondary education in his hometown.
Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Gazi University, Ankara.
Began specialization at Çukurova University, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Obtained Specialist Title
Worked at the Zentrum für Reproduktionsmedizin in Düsseldorf with Dr. Hugo Verhoeven.
Started his career at a private IVF center in Istanbul.
Appointed Medical Director of the IVF Department at Florence Nightingale Hospital.
Worked at IVI Istanbul, a globally recognized IVF group.
Joined the Private IVF and Women’s Health Center in Istanbul.
Practices as a private physician, continuing research in IVF and fertility.
Rejoined the IVF and Women’s Health Center Team in Istanbul.

Dr. Muhammed Ali Nalbant
Within our network, Dr. Muhammed Ali Nalbant serves as a dedicated specialist in male infertility.
A professor-researcher in medical biology and genetics, he specializes in comprehensive male fertility assessment and the interpretation of complex profiles (severe sperm parameter abnormalities, azoospermia, cryptozoospermia, genetic factors, etc.).
His expertise helps guide each patient toward the most appropriate strategy, using a scientific and personalized approach to optimize outcomes throughout the assisted reproduction journey.

Chahinez Sedjelmaci
Chahinez Sedjelmaci, our nutritionist and psychonutritionist, holds a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Alicante (Spain) and a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. Specialized in fertility, she supports our patients in adopting a diet adapted to PCOS, endometriosis, insulin disorders, weight management, and pregnancy preparation.
Working closely with our physician and the Oumnia Method, she develops fully personalized nutritional programs, integrates psychonutrition to improve the relationship with food, and provides regular follow-up to support daily lifestyle changes.
Chahinez is now an integral part of the Oumnia team for the nutritional and metabolic monitoring of our patients, before, during, and after their fertility journey.
